Printing Blanks is a B2B company

As a B2B company, we do not offer cancellations, returns or refunds on any order unless a product is faulty. 

Unless expressly agreed by the Company in writing, any delivery dates quoted are an approximation only.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery details are correct. Printing Blanks are not responsible for late delivery or non-delivery due to incorrect delivery details.  

The dates on the website are dispatch times and are approximate dates, as this can change during busy periods. Shipment is usually by Royal Mail/courier and the timescale is dependant on the shipping option chosen at checkout.

Deliveries shall be made to the information received on the order and the item/s shall be delivered to the customer’s address, premises, and this shall constitute delivery thereof and thereafter shall be the customer’s risk

Any discrepancy must be notified to the Company within 24 hours of delivery of the Goods.

Claims for transit damage must be notified to the Company within 24 hours of delivery of the Goods.

Acceptance of delivery of the Goods shall be deemed to be conclusive evidence of the Customer acceptance of these Conditions.

Partial deliveries shall be permitted.

All shipping charges and costs shall be paid by the customer

The Company shall not be liable to the Customer for any loss or damage due to any delay in the delivery of the Goods

Printing Blanks requires payment in full prior to the dispatch of any items.
We sell in sterling £ through our secure payment gateway.

All prices on the website are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£).
Prices include 20% VAT.

Printing Blanks reserves the right to change the prices on the website without prior notice at any time.

 A delivery charge will be added to all orders unless the order meets the Free Delivery criteria or there is a discount code.

All goods are the Property of Printing Blanks Until Full Payment is received.

The right of possession is contingent on full payment, the customer’s right to possession ceases if goods are not fully paid for.

It is the customer’s duty to insure against all risks.

Insurance claims, proceed are held in trust in case of an insurance claim.

The Company is a business to business supplier and refunds are not permitted solely based on a customer’s change of mind.

The customer shall notify the company in writing with 24 hours of receipt of goods of any shortages or damages, which the customer claims existed at time of delivery.

The company may accept at their discretion the return of goods in exchange for a credit note, (up to 14 days after receipt of goods) providing that the goods are in the same condition and original packaging at time of dispatch. The goods are to be without repair or alteration and are suitable for resale.

Goods that are to be returned must be authorised and any returned without prior authority may not be accepted.

Nothing within these terms alters or attempts to alter a Customers statutory rights or those expressed or implied by law

“Printing Blanks” shall not be liable to the purchaser for any failure to perform their obligations due to events/incidents beyond their control.

This includes but is not limited to, postal strikes, any Act of God, natural or weather-related eventualities, such as floods, earthquakes or any other natural or man-made eventuality outside of Printing Blanks control.

This also includes incidents of terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority. Shipping delays of components.

Computer systems /Machinery failure, machinery/ components delay.

Any event which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, or which could have been reasonably foreseen.
